As the ruling body of the church, the elder board exists to provide pastoral leadership, shepherding, and oversight for the vision and mission of the church. We use the term “elder” and “pastor” synonymously.

The staff team exists to lead the ministries and operations of the church in such a way that catalyzes the church to accomplish its mission. The staff serves in a variety of roles including ministry directors, ministry coordinators, and ministry support.
