The Kids Director leads the overall direction of Kids Ministry by creating a team of leaders and volunteers to directly impact the kids and families of The Bridge Church. The Kids Director’s goal is that kids would experience God, be trained in the ways of Jesus, experience community within the church, and take steps towards following Jesus for a lifetime.
